One Piece Yellow: Grand Elements (ワンピース イエロー グランド エレメンツ Wan Pīsu Ierō Gurando Erementsu?) is the third databook. It was released on April 2, 2007 and follows the series primarily from Volume 24-45, supplemented by information from earlier volumes.

This book completes the One Piece Red databook, as it contains sheets on each member of the Straw Hat Pirates and their ships, on the members of the World Government encountered so far (MarinesShichibukai and Cipher Pol included), on the important pirate crews and each new one encountered during the followed arcs, and on the new characters met by the Straw Hat Pirates from Jaya to Water 7.

Summary-
1.The reason why Luffy chose not to fight Bellamy that time is because Luffy thought it wasnt worth fighting against a person who didnt have a dream.
2. In general, there’re two things deciding if a nakama is possibly joining: Timing and Luffy’s Instinct.
(you are welcome to read my thread new crew rule.)
3. Zoro deserves to be the vice-captain of SH crew. He is as strong as Luffy and obeys Luffy’s orders unconditionally.
4. Nami is the internal captain on ship.
5. On the level of political function and power, Cipher Pol and Shichibukai are greater than the Marine HQ.
